9ja4eva: Why does Egwu need to be removed? Has there always been strikes in Nigerian universities even before Egwu? If yes, why should Egwu go especially having now resolved the matter, hopefully, once and for all? |

Oshiomole wasn't the supposed INITIATOR of the negotiation process and he was nothing much of a MEDIATOR either. Sources gather that he only 'came in' at a 'later stage' so apparently, everything could have been done with or WITHOUT him.Albeit we appreciate his efforts but that doesn't change the fact that he's now a POLITICIAN (read between the lines) |

@boy your sources are wrong, you should recall that when Oshiomole was called upon Assu and FG where no longer on the negotiating table. @boy let me remind you that Awolowo,Gani,JFK where, and fashola is a politician. If people no rule,na God go come rule? Oga go boil beans |

@EMYON so for your mind na oshiomole settle the rift right? Why do i get the feeling you are only allowing sentiments into this? Perhaps he's the governor of YOUR state or you just developed passion for him cos of his immense contribution while he was a radical unionist. No doubts he did contribute back then but Wake up dude, gone are those days.In my opinion oshiomole shouldn't have been the best person to be picked to initiate (as it were) the negotiation btw FG And ASUU.Fine,Awolowo,Gani et al were politicians in their time but u can't compare the the lives of these ppl with Oshiomole's.I suggest u go back and re-read the histories of these great men and see if they relate with Oshiomole's.Gosh! Nigerians and hypocrisy? |
