FUNCTIONS:
• Accurate/Timely billing of all unit transactions.
• Accurate Client Statement and Reconciliations.
• Fund Management – Receivables/Payables
• Proper documentation of financial documents.
• Invoice Preparation
• Withholding Tax Preparation and Reporting
• Monthly Unit VAT Preparation and Reporting
• Supervises the management Branch working fund to meet the needs of the unit.
• Ensure that all closed transactions are accurately posted using the appropriate software.
• Prepare and Maintain Branch financial statements.
• Coordinate and supervise all account officers in the Branch.
• Ensure timely response to all financial requests from all partners
• Budget Preparation and Analysis.
• Bank Reconciliation / Book / Software
• Inventory Management
• Cost Accounting

SKILLS:
• Forecasting
• Analytical
• Financial modeling
• Computer

REQUIREMENT:
• BSc. Accountancy/Economics/ Banking & Finance / Finance etc.
• Must be ICAN Certified
• Minimum of 3years work experience.
• MBA will be an added advantage
