Pls i need ur assistance on a job role which is banking telesales, can someone pls help explain what its all about and how they go about setting and achieving targets, are the targets like those of marketers where they have to get money from customers

Telesales basically is selling over the telephone. Just the same sales job but with the telephone as the medium of outreach. It can easily be confused with telemarketing and they usu go together depending on the product.
