I could understand the dangers if Nigeria was a cold climate area, I could even understand if most Nigerians don't walk more than their counterparts in advanced countries and I can also understand if the person has some kind of disease to begin with but absence of these three factors I see no reason how drinking cold water can cause pneumonia, less nutrient intake e.t.c
