These agreement does not translate into money.
India have promised to buy from Nigeria in the tune of $15b
They may look elsewhere should there be any prospect in getting it from Iran and so on

This is one of many men/women in Buhari's cabinet who were nominated by Buhari without prior knowing them but because they are Nigerians and capable, those Aisha is claiming not known to them, and people are backing her over the president stance of quality over political affiliation.
Most people thought its about Abba Kyari and Daura, but the truth is that its about the technocrats who are not politicians. that's what she meant by people not known to them. Didn't Aisha know Daura for many years?
