We are looking for a results driven store manager to be responsible for the overall store management.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals & manage staff effectively.
We require a HND/BSC candidate between ages 24-29yrs that lives in the environs of lekki/ajah/VI.
The candidate does not require any experience in the said role but must have the following skills:

- Powerful leadership skills & business orientation
- Customer management/service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities for Store Manager

- Managing all store activities (as responsibilities entail).
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- You will be responsible for providing a daily stock report and daily/monthly sales report to the Finance manager & Accountant.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- General customer service. Dealing with any queries or complaints
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers while seeking new ones.
- Any other responsibilities as determined from time to time.
- You shall have such authority and responsibility as is customarily attendant to such position, subject to such direction and limitation as may be specific by the directors of the company.
You shall comply with such rules of conduct as the Company may from time to time adopt with regard to its employees generally.

Base salary for the role is N40,000. The role is commission based so it includes 1% of total sales made in the store.
