I have been able to gather 105,500,000 Naira from families on loan for five years with about 20% back as interest....
I want to go into real estate development (buying land and developing for sale).... But will it be enough to create a portfolio of 2Billion Naira within 2 to 5 years?....
Will also want a good contractor to guide and go into business with a good marketing expert for sales.... Thanks.
