Projects are less than half of the total budgets while recurrent expenditures like wage bill, vendors bills, utility bills and last time I checked, Lagos state has the 2nd largest civil service in Nigeria so assigning and comparing just projects sounds a little bit ignorant and misguided. 2. The article you posted says Lagos state owe over $1 trillion which is either a bogus lie or ignorant typo. Delta state below is almost N700 billion in debt, the largest in Nigeria and almost N300 billion more than Lagos state with not a single thing to show for it, but Lagos state with too many projects and progress to show is what you hateful and bitter people kill yourselves over everyday...
