I think the government will simply repeat their foolishness. The shiites will radicalize at the same time the boko harm lies dormant. Then the millitary gets to fight war on 2 fronts.

"Not surprised about this right up. Buhari the former millitary dictator expected to be progressive don't make laugh. The Shiite and Sunni battle will boil over because these type of intolerant ideologies can't coexist with other sets of people. These type of people always want all other parties to submit. When the extreamism kicks in these states will be the first ones to act surprised.
Katsina, Kaduna, Kano and Kebbi states have outlawed the IMN. In the past week, the home of a local Shi’a leader in a Kaduna suburb was razed in a mob attack that claimed three lives."

Nigeria has real issues enforcin laws instead of doing it across board they selective pic a d choose fight based on who's in charge. Example being cattle herdsmen clashes in multiple states across federation.
