This is appaling. This morning IBRO BUREAU THE CHANGE IS SELLING DOLLAR AT 454 NAIRA JUST BESIDE TRAVELEX. I asked the clerk why and she could not explain the rationale. As far as I know they get dollar from the CBN through the official window and yet are selling at the black market rate. Pls see the attached pics.
