Anyone seen this film? I just happened to watch it on the chance & thought it to be an incredibly moving & powerful film based on actual real life events - it is a sort of a combined documentary & narrative that was stark yet elegant, drab but engaging and gripping in a non conventional way & yet still be emotionally involving.

Story of a Soviet Officer in charge of a Nuclear Weapons Launch Facility with Command Authority who had to decide on whether to initiate a Tactical Nuclear Launch Response against the USA when their systems detected & tracked a number incoming Ballistic Missiles targeting sites within the Soviet Union.
