the 3-4-3 formation is like a 7-2-5 formation! Highly tactical and compact! leaving no space for opposition teams! I could count at least 7 Chelsea players most times in the box when Southampton attacks! And when Chelsea attacks, you can count at least 5 players! I must commend conte for this! Squeezing the best out of Moses and Alonso, believe me those guys really do a lot cos if you can reduce chances from flanks esp in premier league, half of your problem is solved!
I salute this tactics, it is highly complex, disciplined and conservative!

Especially Moses, I used to see him as a lazy player. Always waiting for the defence to win the ball for him but of recent his work rate has really improved even more than that of Willian. Turning defense into attack quickly and helping the back four when we don't have the ball.

Conte has found the right formula and the right set of players that fits the formation
