How can you pay to anyone without being paired on the platform first, then calling the number to confirm and then from the fund transfer alert you will confirm that you are paying to the right person. once you have paid and upload your evidence. you dont have any business with the paired person again. just call his guiders to report him if he is acting funny. contact the consultants , or raise a ticket.
