I am contemplating registering an LTD for a small project of mine and due to the situation of the economy I really do not have the funds to pay all the lawyers and Co. and would like to gjust do the registeration myself if possible. I have read somewhere here that itt is indeed possible so i would like to know the next steps after the name reservation. I already have the name reservations and I have had a lawyer colleague draft the articles of association for me,but due to certain reasons he is unable to proceed with the process for me. Anyone with useful hints please drop a comment. Thanks
