The Nigerian Police Force really needs new innovation. Someone just being shot dead around Mile 1 area and his money stolen and the Nigerian Police arrives at the scene 20 minutes after the crime. When it comes to intimidating and arresting innocent persons, the Nigerian Police are at their best.
