According to Kenneth who shared the photo,a man was stripped unclad for stealing plantain bunches.He wrote.... 'this man stole plantain bunches in obohia. is this hunger or madness?' This is the more reason why I feel like using an anti aircraft gun at the idiots who come around here to defend people who steal billions!!  Imagine the poor guy, probably stole these because he's hungry and needs to eat. Don't people have any sense of humanity in them?? How much are those plantains worth- probably not up to N1,500.
