On the 29th of September i went to pay my compound PHCN bill through ATM transaction, using UBA card, the money was deducted immediately but i did not get the meter token.
I went to PHCN, they said there is no transaction of such on their system, I went to the bank, they said I should come back in 10 working days after filling a form.
After 10 working days, the bank (UBA) said the transaction has dropped on PHCN's bank account domiciled in FCMB bank, I went back to PHCN, they said there is still no such transaction. This took me back to the bank again and they still did not give a satisfactory reply. Please someone advice me what to do as this money is not small money and I am sustaining power at my compound with my personal cash.
