Our client is a construction finishing, renovation and interior design firm committed to delivering quality services in a timely manner.

They are looking to hire a pro-active individual with the ability to positively manage, influence and motivate others to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage vendor relationship
• Monitor quality of vendor work and materials
• Manage procurement, stock-take and storage of inventory
• Provide assistance to Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on allocated projects
• Manage execution of assigned projects
• Implement and ensure adherence to HSE policies
• Effectively escalate all clients’ complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage the office facility of the organisation
• Keep financial records for all transactions

Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of a HND or B.sc in applicable field
• A minimum of 2 years experience in project management, work site coordination, vendor management and procurement or any related field
• Knowledge and experience of Project Management and Planning
