This is Ketu ijanikin to Adaloko road, one of the newly commissioned roads by Gov. Ambode. This particular road was commissioned on the 23rd of sept. 2016 fast forward to today about one 1 month after this is what the people of ketu is battling with, my question is who is to be blame the govt or the contractor ?
