Experts has revealed that the ultimate time for a heterosexual couple to have sex is 3pm.
Hormone expert Alisa Vitti describes 3pm as the time when men have the “most-elevated levels of oestrogen in their bodies – making them ‘more emotionally present’ during sex.”
The author’s writing also suggests that women have higher levels of cortisol in their system at that time, which enhances their alertness, and by extension, makes them more energetic.
Experts believe that men naturally like to go in early in the morning, but Vitti says:
“While this may not seem like a logical set-up for satisfaction, given the previous endorsement of testosterone, the combination actually makes men more emotionally present during sex and better able to focus on (a woman’s) needs and satisfaction.
