my phone internal speaker doesn't function.. I don't hear what my caller says unless i put it on loud speaker.. what might be the cause... just new phone I got last two days at tidal.. |

Have you tried increasing your volume while on the call? If Yes, return the phone ASAP, its a faulty unit!! The earpiece is the culprit! I would suggest you don't repair it, just tell them to replace the phone for you! |
