I happen to have this information from Central Bank Of Nigeria and decided to share it with you all, especially the banking public/those that have dealings with banks:
If you have any complaints or issues concerning your bank or any other bank in Nigeria, lodge such with the Consumer Protection Department, Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN). You can do any of these 2 options:
*You can physically go to the Consumer Protection Department (CPD) in CBN headquarters, Abuja or the one in any of the branches of Central Bank across the country.
*You can email the issue to this email address: cpd@cbn.gov.ng
