Recently, Owode area of Lagos witnessed flood. Residents were turned to environmental refugees. The flood has gradually ebbed though not totally free. Residents that fled are gradually returning. In these pictures, a nairalander pictured his inside one room apartment. This was when the flood was halfway in his room. It later reached the window of his room before at its highest peak. |
