So what will happen to recurrent expenditure?

The law says review every four years. Not increase every four years. There are other ways to ameliorate workers sufferings, e.g, granting them govt. sponsored Medicare, govt sponsored transport and free school tuition for their kids as well as friendly loan facilities Everything doesn't have to be money money money, otherwise, Naira will keep crashing. Can't we learn from Europe and America?
