So says a woman who's one of the richest billionaires in africa and who last i remembered was given lucrative deals and kickbacks in terms of contracts from her romance with past government administrations. They never feel the plight of the poor in the society because their generations to come are already well to do.
So Mrs Alakija I only have one advice for you.

Easy for her to say.

Hunger dey blow people die, people dey lose job, crime rate don increase and she say wetin? Patience abi na patient? Mtcheeeeeeeewwwwwww!

People should exercise patience and be looking like zombies when their money cannot buy anything substantial In the market to feed their families? Is it Patience that will clothe people and pay bills. Maybe when we go to the market to buy food, we will tell the sellers to be patient with the govt before they can be paid for their goods. Or we will beg landlord to be patient until the rent can be paid.

Since she is encouraging people to be Patience, she can share her money to everyone struggling to make ends meet nah. Her billions can be used to kick-start APCs Monthly 5000 naira scheme for the poorest people since the FG obviously can't sponsor it.

The federal government needs wailers like us to keep wailing and putting pressure in them to do better. It's not a matter of patience, the government has a responsibility to us and they should keep to it, if they can't, they should clear the way for better people! Simple!

They bungled our economy and fvcked the whole country up in less than two years.

All we ask is that they take us back to where we were pre election.

We cannot be patient with that...

SKYTREND:
Nigerians Not Patient With Buhari’s Govt, Change Takes Times — Africa’s Richest Woman, Folorunsho Alakija

Africa’s richest woman and Chief Executive of Rose of Sharon Foundation, Mrs Folorunsho Alakija has described the current economic recession as the price that Nigerians need to pay to get the desired change.

She said it takes time for change to take place adding that Nigerians are not exercising enough patience with the present administration and are expecting it to perform magic.

Mrs Alakija made the statement on Thursday at the 2016 Excellence in Leadership Conference organised by Daystar Christian Centre, according to New Telegraph report.

Alakija, who was a guest speaker at the event, also advised Nigerians on the need to plan for the future of their children because a nation that fails to plan, plans to fail.

She said apart from Nigerians looking unto God for help, they should also go back to the basics because the nation has done things outside the way of God and everyone is paying the price.

When asked her view on the possibility if Nigeria having a female president, Alakija said Nigerians should wait for the outcome of the American polls and then take a cue from there but added that there is nothing wrong in having a female president saying after all God did not condemn it in the Bible saying it is about being patient and hardworking.

Her Words:

“It takes time for change to take place. Nigerians are not exercising enough patience with the present administration and are expecting it to perform magic.

“Everyone has to pay the price because it is a learning process of the ills that have taken place in the country, we have been too docile as a people, we allow people to get away with a lot of evils that they are doing, they should pay the price for what they have done, everyone is bearing the brunt now, we need to learn from our past mistakes. Some of the things we are doing wrong are not cutting our coat according to our sizes.”

“Whatever passion God has given to a woman should not just end in the kitchen or the ‘other room’. Nigerians should change their mindset on the role of women and until then will the country see a female president.

Ma, I beg to differ.

I wonder why people don't understand that Mr President doesn't even have the time in the first place.

Mrs Alakija is talking like Buhari has more than 4 years in the first place. The mandate he sought for was 4 years. What plans did he have in the first place for the first 4 year to effect the change he so much desired, knowing that what he puts in place within 4 years is the legacy that will live on after the first 4years, that's even if he intend to do 2 terms.

Madam should also know that the word change implies an instant transition from a present form to another different form. When it becomes a process, then it's called transition or transformation. An a good instance: the day Buhari was sworn in, there was a change in government. Not when he campaigned, got elected. Atleast we have seen where someone where someone won but wasn't sworn in. Everything that was done before that was just process. The real change came immediately he stepped on board.

Mr Bubu can spend the next 4 to 8 years building processes but it may not imply any positive change by what we have seen so far.

Basically, it implies BuBu didn't even have a plan in the first place. When someone takes an action, the impact of such action should be immediate for a change to be expressed. You don't need so much time for that.

Bubu doesn't have for ever o

He should do what's needful and gerrout

I STAND TO BE CORRECTED THIS SO CALLED "RICHEST WOMAN IN AFRICA" HAS NO MAJOR BUSINESS TO HER NAME
HAS NO MAJOR BRAND TO HER NAME AND DOES NOT CREATE ANY MEANINGFUL JOB FOR THE PEOPLE.

UNLIKE OTHER BILLIONAIRES LIKE DANGOTE, OTEDOLA, IBETO AND UBAH, THIS WOMAN HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO SHOW FOR HER BILLIONS. NO IMPACT HAS BEEN MADE IN THE LIVES OF PEOPLE THROUGH EMPLOYMENT, NO FACTORY HAS BEEN BUILT IN HER NAME, SHE IS JUST A PRODUCT OF GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION.

OUR COLLECTIVE WEALTH MADE HER AND HER LIKES TO BE BILLIONAIRES. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THESE GROUP OF PEOPLE TO DIE OFF!!!

Well I do nod I cast if that's what you want to hear

That man needs to sit as his actions is having negative impact on us collectively. The man you are talking about doesn't even realise the task in his hands. The other day, he said he felt like absconding which explains his incessant travels. He just needs to go chill somewhere in the name of diplomatic missions and keep coming back to blaming the last administration.

Nigeria has delved the wrong way deep and who ever want to be president of this great nation knows the huge responsibility ahead and is willing to embrace and resolve it as much as he can and the person comes onboard ready and fully prepared. He has thought of it, come up with plans and strategies on how to move the nation forward. He understands that it's a big sacrifice and is willing to be the sacrifice. More importantly, trusting in God for wisdom and ideas and communicating with his people regularly.

This man doesn't give a shit about his wife. No offence meant but that's what played out. Every step, word, decisions, policies, actions, gestures and even body language has an immediate impact on the economy.

Bubu needs to sit up men else, he should get ready to receive all the blame. If he had done it well, he would have received all the praise too now
