You started from Yola axis which you cleared and liberated all the communities under Bokoharam Terrorists . You where later moved to Borno to continue when all loc were under the control of BHT less Konduga and Damboa. You led the operation to capture Mongunu and later Baga. You were brought to us in Konduga when we failed to move forward after several attempts and we were pushed back by BHT on that axis. With your arrival, everything changed you led us through Yale to capture Bama, Banki junc, Pulka and Gwoza. I remember when BHT lowered and fire 105mm pack hewitzer on your tank, used VBIED to charge through your tank during the battle to capture Gwoza. We were all crying and shouting thinking some bad thing had happened but the almighty said it was not your time. On hearing your voice on radio, soldiers begin to jubilate as your voice alone boost our morale and we became more violent toward BH, catching them by hand. I remember when you use to tell us gentlemen just follow me behind and do only 5 per cent and I will do the 95. U were the first to enter Sambisa after you led the capture of Yemteke and Bita after Bita became impossible. You led the advance team into sambisa and rescued the first 296 women. They sent a helicopter to carry you from there for you to lead another offensive to capture Gamborun Ngala. A job you accomplished without hesitation. I remember, you left me in Gwoza and after every two days you call or chat me to hear how I am doing. And when BHT sustain us for good 5 days of continues attack in Gwoza, you always call to offer me advice on how to go about them. Your advices had really worked as we always beat them. Abu Ali. You are the only person in the NA that can do what you did to this country. You took part and led all the major operations to liberate all the communities and clear all BHT hide outs and enclaves in the NE from Yola to Borno. Only God can pay you. And I pray that God grant you jannatul Fiddausi and give your family and all of us the fortitude to beer this irreparable loss. Adeu my mentor and brother.

Rip gallant officer, but to think of it, we lost 4 soldiers plus a LT.col, and they only killed 14 boko boys, I believed info was leaked to this guys, cos to kill such a good officer isn't an easy task and I also suspect those bh commanders released, since they were exchanged tgis bh guys have been causing havoc to the army.
