I am a librarian. Please why and for what purposes do you need a librarian?

i ve a project on buildin an archive center 4 a church, !i am an IT person & i nid a libarian who knows mch of archival work and-if possible-can single handedly set up a library/archive, !do u know ao 2 handle a microfilm??ve u worked with 1 b4??
