Good day Nairalanders. This morning my wife's personal car was impounded by VIO while she was being driven from a meeting by a family member. A ticket of #20,000 was issued because the family member who drove the vehicle didn't have LASDRI. I had thought the issue of LASDRI is restricted to commercial vehicles and professional drivers. I sincerely need to hear from people with sufficient knowledge on the working of this LASDRI before I decide on the next line of action. The mods can help to push this to the front page for wider coverage and feedback. I believe a lot of people can learn from this incidence. |
