To be sincere, many of us have been so filled with activities that we forgot that our body, mind and soul need constant renewal. You take for granted that the greatest asset you have is YOU and that in order for you to remain relevant in life, your body, mind and soul must be continually renewed.

YOUR BODY
You must care effectively for your body. Look good well enough at all time. Smell good too. Eat right, don’t just eat anything and everything that comes your way, you are not a dustbin. Get sufficient rest, relax, be easy on yourself and exercise on a regular basis.

ENGAGE YOUR SOUL
Your soul needs spiritual leadership. You must have a method by which you draw inspiration and uplift your soul. A daily prayerful meditation is strongly recommended. Try some early morning confessions too! Lanre Olushola’s 12 tracked “the affirmation ” CD will be very helpful.

RENEW YOUR MIND
Don’t leave your mind fallow. Yes, you have a formal education, but you need to explore new subjects, do serious reading, think analytically, integrate your thoughts into words and put them on a paper. Why did you go to school if you don’t read? Start with a book per month or something.

INTERACT
cultivate the habit of authentically, creatively and cooperatively interacting with people. It builds in you a huge sense of security. Stop acting shy, you are not! Open up, talk to people, make healthy friends, you will be better for it.

CONSTANTLY STRIVE TO SERVE
Oh! The power of service cannot be over emphasised. Discover the meaning of your life, discover your purpose… Something that transcends just making money. You can’t imagine the joy that comes with contributing and blessing the lives of others. It brings about some true joy. Let your life be a blessing unto others.

KEEP CHANGING
Change, real change comes from you and it comes from inside out. It is not a quick fix thing but comes from striking at the root of your thoughts. Real change will beckon at constantly fine-tuning your character and cleaning the lens with which you view things.

BE GOD CONSCIOUS
like many others, I believe that there are parts of human nature that cannot be reached by either legislation or education but by the power of God! I believe we cannot wholesomely transform ourself all by ourself as human beings without aligning ourself with correct God given principles and divine enablement. I believe you will achieve a lot if you walk with God.

MAY IT NEVER BE SAID THAT YOU LIVED AND DIED AN ORDINARY MAN OR WOMAN. MAY IT NEVER BE!
