My time to register my company with corporate Affairs Commission is about to elapse.
The person handling the registration asked for professional certificate as requirement which I don't have. Do I really need a professional certificate to register a media company?

In response to your question,the answer is yes. As long as you want to venture into a business deemed by CAC to require a degree of professionalism, you will be required to present your certificate of proficiency to prove it.
