YOTA PHONE 2 WITH DUAL DISPLAY

The Android operating system upon its release paved the way for the emergence of many mobile phone manufacturing company , These mobile phone manufacturing companies often show less disparity when it comes to specifications and design, with different Phone manufacturing companies copying each other in design. For example, you mite find it difficult to differentiate between the s7 edge and elephone s7, also huawei Porsche edition and Samsung's failed note 7, with meizu warming up to join the list of edged designed phones. With all this a new design will really be appreciated. That is why yota has decided to change the status quo, yota has designed the world first dual display phone with E-INK Display.

Below is a review of its specifications

Having your first look at the phone, you will find a 5 inch Amoled display on what is assumed to be the front of this device. When you turn the back of this phone you will find a 4.7 inch E-Ink display. The 5 inch display has 1080p resolution with a very poor colour accuracy it tends to over saturate the picture and renders tomato reds in a carrots like orange. When it comes to very good display on a scale of 1-7 I could give this phone 4, yota had to cut corners in other to fit within its budget to make this device affordable.

This device has a 68.2% screen to body ratio. You will find a gorilla glass 3 protection screen in its major display. It has a well rounded, uncomplicated shape that makes for comfortable ergonomics, but it also has a slight rattle in the volume rocker and a shallow power button that offers little tactile feedback. The sim tray is found on the volume rockers, the volume rockers are connected via a flex, when you press the volume rockers on the middle you will find the sim tray

Yota advises users of the yota phone 2 to use the E-INK display more often as it saves battery. 1% of battery on the E-INK panel can take you 6hrs plus on phone calls and text as well as other functions that can be carried out on the E-INK display .
You are not going to be gaming on The E-INK display as you are going to experience immense lagging. Yota has designed specific apps to run on the E-INK display , but you could run any app on the E-INK display just that the apps designed for the E-INK panel will not experience any form of lag. Yota has created an SDK for the E-INK display enabling developers to develop more apps that will run on this E-INK panel.
Screen shots taken on the main display can be transfered to the E-INK display on the back, screenshots taken remains on the E-INK display even after the battery runs out, yota tagged this life after death. This device runs with an Andreno 330 for it's GPU
The yota phone 2 has a well rounded, uncomplicated shape that makes for comfortable ergonomics.
