Waiting patiently for February 2017 to come God's willing to hear their decision

As funding for the scholarship comes from the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, I guess now it will be more difficult to get one after Brexit. And there's a huge list of requirements. One of them was for me the most scary - it's a 2-3 year experience... University College London is my place of destination. Hope to hear the positive answer. I wonder though why US students cannot apply for this scholarship. They can only apply for Marshal Scholarships that will give them the opportunity to study in the UK.
