Job Description:
Title: Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Location: Lagos State
Application End Date: November 13th, 2009

Responsibilities:
 Reporting directly to the Managing Director, in this hands-on role you will drive marketing communications strategy and programs.
 As this is a newly created position you will be responsible for creating and developing the Marketing and Sales team
 Drive marketing programs, industry marketing, partner marketing, and solutions marketing through online marketing, advertising, tradeshows, events, and collateral development.
 Develop and manage closed-loop, on-line demand generation programs.
 Work with all tiers of the organization to drive revenue generating marketing programs.
 Execute select campaigns, including seminars, direct mail and online marketing.
 Design and develop insightful, creative and effective strategies and tactics to ensure that marketing objectives are achieved.
 Lead company's internet marketing efforts, including search engine marketing and the maintenance of the company's website.
 Design and write specific campaign deliverables in-house, including: email invitations, program guides, marketing videos, customer-facing PowerPoint presentations, banners, flash demos, and website content.
 Execute tradeshows and other events.
 Developing and optimizing pricing strategies

Qualifications:
 3-5+ years of relevant marketing communications experience.
 Proven ability to achieve goals in the fast-paced and high pressure environment.
 Proven experience managing marketing programs budget and ROI.
 Must have excellent copywriting skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
 Excellent Organizational skills
 Excellent Interpersonal skills
 Excellent Time Management skills

Education:
BA/BS/HND required.
