The the government has welcomed the move to have the Kenyans living illegally in the US sent back home. Government Spokesman Erick Kiraithe has been quoted by the Star saying there was no pride for Kenya in having her citizens stay illegally in another country. “We are glad that he(Trump) is targeting criminals. For the other Kenyans who might have reached there for whatever reason, we would urge them to stay within the legal system of the United States,” Kiraithe is quoted speaking on Monday, November 14. He urged the illegal immigrants to come back home as there were enough opportunities including “herding” and “farming”... Source: Standard. |
