Police Raids Ihengwu Village Oko

Team of Nigerian policemen this morning raided notorious Y-Junction located at Ihengwu Village Oko, Anambra State and arrested some persons allegedly smoking Indian hemp and other hard drugs.

Recall that few weeks ago, I posted and alerted the police and the Rector of Federal Polytechnic Oko Prof. Godwin Onu that Ihengwu Village mainly occupied by students of the Polytechnic had been under attack by armed robbers and that the Y-Junction had been taken over by smokers of Indian hemp and other hard drugs.

Students who are residents of the area said that the policemen chased some of the hard drugs smokers into nearby student lodges and arrested them.
