Notice of appeal in a supperior court does not Automatically stop proceedings in the lower court.Conditions must be met and the lower court must be satisfied having look into the strenght of the argument to stop proceeding with justice been done in the case per-se.

Jimoh ibrahim had earlier accused the first Appeal court panel of Bribery, and the appeal panel disqualify itself for probe, but jimoh ibrahim abandon to pursue the accusation but rather trying to stop the second appeal panel. trying to kill time.

...Sir do u know that the platform that conduct the primaries for Jegede are caretaker people of Ondo not the real Excos of Ondo..ask Mimiko he dissolved them after decamping from labour Party to PDP...So looking at things at hands..If Appeal are not been Bias in their verdict earlier and now...The allegation of jegede does'nt stand...Go back to 1999 Constitution u will agree with me that Caretaker are not stipulated to conduct or hold candidacy of Party...So the questions is that Who is the Authentic Candidate....The same law say u can hold ur primaries in Headquarter of that region...So Oga sir Who is the authentic candidate now?

......If truly there's rules of law in our country called Nigeria...Judge will not be bias in handling matters,suppose to be fair and neutral to clients...I believe law and rules of the land still hold from onset of 1999 constitution...Let wait and see what Appeal will say again.....Where Caretaker at National and State can impose on Real Exco of Party...Let see how ut goes

....But sir from section 1,2 and 8 CFRN 1999 constitution of Nigeria (alteration)as such officer have not been elected by the prescribe procedure of the constitution...The constitution is therefore been breach by the custodian

....the PDP has it's constitution so it has been before the advent of the governor...so truncate the Constitution of a party to suit the selfish interest of our governor..this will served as example to our governor to obey Party constitution....IstandwithJimoh this One...Go ask our politician they will tell u that all party has it party's constitution....Not governor constitution...and it's from emanated from Federal constitution
