This was a letter given to me by the authority of the village I reside in telling every land owner (non indigene) to pay a sum of #10,000 and tenants staying in a 2 and 1 bedroom apartment pay #8,000 and #6,000 respectively. It's really a shame that after the Rivers State Government warned and tagged this development illegal and criminal, it's still been practiced in some community in the state. Please I would love this to go to the front page so the Government can see this and get this criminals arrested because we can no longer continue to pay for services as mentioned in the letter which we the residents provide for ourselves
