Sage and onion stuffing

Ingredients
One large onion
One lemon
Fresh sage leaves
Breadcrumbs
Garlic
Sausage meat
Nuts (optional)
Olive oil
One large chilli pepper
Salt
Fresh cranberries
Two eggs

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix. Once everything is blended together it is ready.

This can be used to stuff your chicken, Turkey or any bird you choose for Christmas

If you haven't got cranberries you can substitute apple instead.

You can use a spoon or your bare hands to stuff the bird. Don't overfill otherwise the bird wouldn't cook properly on the inside.
