Don't use the word "folk" it's disapproval term rather use people. To your question, the Seventh Day(Saturday) is the Sabbath. Read Exodus 20:8-11. Mark 16:1. Luke 23:53-56.

If u have love u have fulfilled the law...and how do have love?...by yielding to the Word...how do you yield to the word?...by meditating on the Word...
