The enablement of taking pictures of ourselves and displaying it on our respective social media platforms has put to light the realisation that being unknown does not give us the right to neglect or deprive ourselves of a life needful to our appearance, and gives our personality a great liking for one alternative over another or others —Style in itself is life, one without it has no spark in his or her appearance.

Like life, it has growth and stages but most of all, like love life it has a partner —fitness.

Style and fitness are equal partners but they need a uniquely complete body to be complete and Miss Ifeoma without doubt has 'the perfect body' — and evidently she knows what works for her body soothingly.
