A mid-sized rice mill located in rural Benue State is in need of a dynamic Nigerian or expatriate Manager.
Job Description
1. Plan, co-ordinate, implement & control production schedules
2. Estimate, negotiate and agree budgets and time scales
3. Assess resources requirements
4. Ensure preventive maintenance of the plant
5. Maximize plant efficiency through teamwork and innovation
6. Adhere to quality control standards in line with standard practices
7. Responsible for product output and production volumes
8. Should have exposure on safe work environment and food safety standards
9. Liaise with various business units for selling products from the Mill.
Candidate Requirements
1. Education: MSc. Eng. BSc. Eng.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years managing or working in a senior level position for a rice mill

1. This position is for a period but could be made permanent based on performance.
