Reporter/Writer/Editor



Our online News Network is seeking a contract, part-time experienced writer with a journalism background. This position requires some international experience. The reporter/freelance writer will cover events mainly in Nigeria and is responsible for attending events and covering all aspects, including interviewing high profile personalities, attendees, officials, etc., taking photographs, and writing and submitting articles within prescribed deadlines. Depending on the depth, length, quality, etc. of the article, the average pay is $7 per article. The reporter will cover a few events (two or three) each week. This position has the potential to advance to a full-time position. Self-starter with organizational skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment required.
