does anyone has any idea on how to reach this npower support?
if anybody here has any idea that can help me out of this situation...
Npower made a mistake with my date of birth which doesnt match the documents i took to the secretariat for verification... though i was able to get verified but some alterations has bin made after being able to convince them... i just want to know if this alterations wont have set back on my verification....

Any suggestions or ideas to help will be appreciated...

So sorry for the late reply bro. Just head straight to Agege stadium, ask people around for LGA Secretariat where Npower verification is taking place.

You need one of the following: PHCN, LAWMA, valid identity card or Declaration of age that carries your residential address.

Verification started today and will continue till Friday. I taking place at Alimosho LGA secretariat Ikotun. Just ask around fo the venue of the exercise an you'd be directed.

I don't know d opening and closing time. As at when I got their around that 1:30pm am almost the last person. D documents submitted include: Birth Certificate, Degree certificate, Nysc certificate and data page of my passport.

I had similar issue, was only rescued after speaking all the grammar I can imagine. The corper that attended to me was quite considerate. It was a technical error from Npower dat affected mostly those who registered first at the initial stage of registration. The date of birth on my voters card which tallied with my birth certificate was my saving grace. The corper erased the cancel sign and inputed the right one. The alteration shouldn't bother you so far u confirmed it was cleaned, that's the essence of using pencil to tick D details. Good luck.
