Oke Raises Alarm Over Malfunctioning Of Card Readers by ahmed486: 4:23pm On Nov 26, 2016


The candidate of the Alliance for Democracy, Mr. Olusola Oke, has cried out over the alleged malfunctioning of card readers in some polling units in Ilaje Local Government Area of the state.

He mentioned that many polling stations in places like Idi Ogba, Ode Ugbo and Alagbon in Ilaje LGA had malfunctioned card readers.He called on the Independent National Electoral Commission to find solution to it so that some voters will not be disenfranchised.

However, the Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Mr. Segun Agbaje said the development was a minor error which would soon be corrected.

“It is a minor error, our technical people will move to the area to correct it”
