Operatives of the Nigerian army were ambushed on sunday by the Boko Haram terrorist group. According to the National Emergency Management Authority (NEMA) the incident happened around 10am on sunday, 10km to Bama. The insurgent detonated an IED device followed by sporadic gunfire which was repelled by the soldiers of 121 task force. Six soldiers sustain various forms of injuries from the incident and are receiving medical attention at Brig. Maimalari Barracks Hospital. http://nghubs.com/soldiers-ambushed-by-boko-haram/
