Real bad news for all Internet Users in Nigeria as Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has ordered all Telecommunication providers to increase their Data Prices effective from December 1st, 2016.

Just when the Nation is still experiencing the worst Economy recession in over 20 years, increasing data prices will surely hit Nigerians hard.

The NCC believes the increment in Data Prices will provide more revenue to the Federal Government.

They know, Nigerians can't do without buying data on a daily, so they decided to mandate all Telecoms provider to increase.

Don't be surprised, from December 1st, N1000 will get you just 500MB of data on MTN, N500 will get you 500MB on Airtel and N500 will get you 600MB on Glo.

Lies ....NCC would not regulate services such as Data. This was made known when consumers protested against data cost discrepancies between Android and Blackberry user. This stance has not changed.
