Can someone please tell me how one can go about starting a corporate skills development company in Nigeria. I am a South African female and would like to look at expanding my business to Nigeria. |

Registering a firm in Nigeria may be the first step. That's a formal process for all businesses. you will also need to show evidence of expertise. You may want to form partnerships here as well. |

How would I go about this. Should I come up to Nig or can it be arranged from here? |

Registration can be done from here but I don't know what the legal implications are for foreigners but I can link you up with my lawyer for registration purposes, that is pretty straight forward and he is reliable and affordable. For partnerships I suggest you do your home work from SA and begin communications from there after which you can come to Nigeria to meet partners. I am assuming you will need people on ground in Nigeria for Business Development purposes. |
