Check out this stadium built by Delta State Governor Sen Ifeanyi Okowa at Delta State Polytechnic,Ozoro.The stadium is set to be commissioned on Thursday Dec 1st 2016.I must commend Gov Okowa for this.Majority of the stadiums we have in Nigeria are not up to the standard of this edifice.

What's the capacity of this stadium? I think Akwa Ibom State Stadium still remains the best....the architectural design of that stadium is topnotch. Nice structure though

Why do u guys like discrediting PDP governors.I am for PDP.Just thin first.A structure in a govt owned polytechnic,built indirectly by the rector via money generated by the school owned by the state govt.So who owns the rector?Is the rector building it with his private money or state money(indirectly gotten from students)?So u can see it is. 100% owned by the state.All the roads constructed by Buhari,is he the one constructing it or through Fashola via money released by Buhari?

Your analysis does not correlate cos its like saying Buhari is also the ones building all the structures built by governors since everything is owned by Federal govt and its the federal government that disburses the money to them or like saying the federal govt is the ones building all the structures that are being constructed by the various VCs of the several fed universities since its owned by fed govt. Go to uniben and tell them the several buildings there are built by buhari?
