VACANCY ALERT!!!!

Our client is looking to fill in the position for a HEAD OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and manage Financial Management strategy, and maintain standardized best practices for the business
• Interact with Company management to provide consultative support to tactical and strategic initiatives through financial and management information analysis, reports and recommendations
• Provide recommendations to the CEO on major financial decisions (e.g. foreign exchange hedging, tax strategies) and carryout the financial policy decisions made by the Management and Board of Directors
• Will be the in-house financial adviser to the Board of Directors. Capable of developing financial models, and business plans
• Coordinate the financial relationships of the company including those of the outsourced financial advisers, Financial institutions, etc.


Experience Level: At least 3 years prior, in a similar role.
