Job Title: Admin Executive

Due to continued expansion, our client, an innovative e-commerce retailer is looking to recruit an experienced E-Commerce Admin Executive to join their team .

Job Description:
Handles the organizations petty cash, order and receive materials and ensure they are in accordance to the requested specification from suppliers into the store.
Assist in developing and supervising execution of strategic marketing and sales activities
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Maintain the organization’s storeroom and log in inventory transaction
Oversee the company’s online retail sales and presence.
Perform other related duties as required 

Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Oversee the daily affairs of companies operations
-Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft office tools
-Minimum of 2 years work experience in office administration,customer service and stock taking
-Familiar with ecommerce platforms
-Internet savy
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Ready to work as a team and fast learner
-Age btw 25-30years
Must be smart
Possess good communication skills
At least Diploma or B.sc (Hons)
